State of the art equipment including, simultaneous translation and interpretation facilities, electronic voting systems etc. Beyond this they believe their greatest asset is their people, with a record on staff retention that is second to none. For many years now they have been investing greening all aspects of our operation. This now permeates into every aspect of the organisation i.e. amongst numerous other initiatives: using only using stationary suppliers that are fully ISO 14001 compliant. Wherever possible using organic and locally produced catering supplies. A full commitment to fair-trade principals as per our understanding of the FINE criteria. A rigorous and fully documented policy of waste management and reduction, i.e. they have reduced our electricity consumption by some 26% over the last year.



They are combining this with an honest attempt to act responsibly within the community. The biggest single commitment being a partnership with the International Coffee Organisation through which some 30% of profits are returned to coffee growers in developing counties.
