Telephone conferencing allows you to host multi-participant and multi-location meetings through one telephone call.

Registration is free and gives you a virtual meeting room that’s open 24 hours a day, can be used as frequently as required, and can host a meeting of between 2 and 100 people.

Once registered, there are a fleet of in-conference features that allow you to manage the conference call in a way that is suitable to your needs, including ‘room lock’, ‘record’, ‘mute’ and ‘head count’.

We also offer a business diagnostic so you can see the cost and time savings you will make as well as the impact on your carbon footprint.

For people unfamiliar or just wanting a refresher, we provide hands on training so you can enjoy a guided tour around the system before using it in a business environment.

The only cost incurred by anyone using the system is the telephone call into it. This is charged at your current providers’ standard national rate, there are no added premiums.
